Obama's Unemployment Math

Obama told us before the second stimulus bill that if the Congress did not pass the porkulus package that unemployment would rise to 10% by 2012. Well we passed the package and in the year of our Lord 2009, July, unemployment is at 9.5%... and guess what kind of news our President informed us of today? More unemployment...what is the solution? Well the President and some of the members of the Congress are telling us that we may need another stimulus package...that would be the third for those keeping track.

I am not good with unemployment math, but somehow I detect a problem here.
